Shipping Policy


Thanks for shopping with VEEKYS. Rest assured we plan on turning around your order as quickly as possible!

Kindly noted our shipping policy below.

1.Shipping Fee

Free worldwide shipping.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filling page once the order is settled.

We ship internationally, as each country has its own set of rules, regulations and taxes for importing, customer, rather than Veekys, will assume the taxes on principle.

 

2.Shipping Time

It's our goal to make sure your order is processed promptly and efficiently.
We normally use FedEx/DHL for shipping.

Processing Time within 24 hours
We will process your order (make shipping label) within 24 hours. (In very few cases, we may not be able to do ship it out within 24 hours, but we promise to make it no more than 2 business days.)


Delivery time ☛ 3-7 business days
Pls allow 3-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be a bit different according to the actual situation.

 Pls make sure all consignee information such as name, address, contact# etc is correct, so that to ensure successful delivery.

 

3. Warm Reminder

Veekys assumes no responsibility for delayed order, or mandatory return due to the following reasons:

 

Delay or delivery failure due to the consignee's actions. These activities include, but aren't limited to: changing the address after shipment, providing an unknown or incorrect address, wrong contact info, refusing to do customs clearance, or receive, etc.

 

Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays.

 

The consignee's address is the school, work unit, or residential community that the courier cannot access.

 

Delay because of force majeure. "Force majeure" means an abrupt, inevitable, or insurmountable objective circumstance along with other objective circumstances which lead to delayed transport, for example, but not limited to regional or national air or ground transport system controllers or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communicating system interference or mistake, government activities, postal management policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other related events.

 

4.Track Your Order

When your order dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details so that you can tracking your order. Or simply go to Customer Service, click Track Oder, log in your account and check” Find Order”   

 

Tips

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall "Delivery time".

All packages have specific tracking information.
