Refund policy

 

At Veekys, we value your satisfaction with our products and aim to provide a seamless return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.

 

1. 45 Days Love-It-Or-Return-It Guarantee

We offer a 45-day return window from the date of delivery. Orders received exceed 45 days, a return or an exchange of goods is not accepted.

 

2. One Year Warranty Guarantee

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our high-quality Tesla accessories. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your peace of mind with every purchase.

If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us.

This warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.). 

 

3. Return Eligibility

-Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

-The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

-Items must be returned within 45 days after you receive them.

-For returns or exchanges, customers are required to use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Our company address is not a return address. To start any return, pls contact us firstly at sales@veekys.com for a return authorization. 

 

4. Non-returnable items:

-Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

-Products that have had their double-sided tape used (with the protective adhesive removed) are not eligible for return. If a product has been used in this manner and is returned, it will not be eligible for a refund.

-On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

-Replacement items cannot be returned.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs 

If there is a quality issue with the product (e.g., incorrect item or product defects), we will cover the return shipping costs and customs duties.

If the return is due to the buyer-related issues (e.g., don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size),  non-quality problems, The buyer should be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, along with any customs duties and other fees. Those costs will be deducted from your refund.

 In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.

 

6. General Return Process

Within 45 days, if the product has the following problems, a refund or exchange of the product will be allowed.

1) The product fails to work;
2) Or the product does not match the descriptions on the websites;
3) As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn, or disassembly, with tags and its original packages.

Initiate a return

If above conditions are eligible, pls record photos and/or videos to prove the product doesn’t work, contact us at sales@veekys.com using the email address you registered on Veekys online store, and then provide the following information:

1) Order Number; 
2) Registered Email; 
3) Return Product Name & Quantity;
4) Return Reasons;
5) Images or Videos of products and Intact Packaging.

We will process your return and refund application within 2 business days after receiving your email.

Ship the item back

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

 

7. Refund or exchange 

when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 2-3 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item with no issues, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@veekys.com.

 

8. Order Cancellations

-We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

-Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
