Refund Policy
We offer 1 Year Warranty Guarantee:
Coverage includes defects to original product, but does not cover wear and tear, and/or damages caused through installation.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
30 Days Return and Refund Policy
1) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Orders received exceed 30 days, a return or an exchange of goods is not accepted.
2) To be eligible for a return, pls ensure your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and its original packages.
3) Return fee: If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Customer are not required to pay for return fee if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
4) Our company address is not a return address. To start any return, pls contact us firstly at [email protected] for a return authorization.
Within 30 days, if the product has the following problems, a refund or exchange of the product will be allowed.
1) The product fails to work;
2) Or the product does not match the descriptions on the websites;
3) As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn, or disassembly, with tags and its original packages.
If above conditions are eligible, pls record a video to prove the product doesn’t work, contact us at [email protected] using the email address you registered on Veekys online store, and then provide the following information
1) Order Number;2) Registered Email;
3) Return Product Name & Quantity;
4) Return Reason;
5) Images or Videos of products and Intact Packaging.
We will process your return and refund application within one or two working days after receving your email.
Late or Missing Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received the refund more than that time, pls contact your bank, or contact us at [email protected].
